Videos are stored in the cloud for 30 days, provided that you have decided for life per month and have subscribed to their premium service at $9.99 per month, without being bound to a long-term contract. If you do not decide for a subscription, videos are only available for one day.

As a subscriber, you have a wider range of services and settings to choose from, compared to users who only opt to buy the device and are satisfied with its basic options.

In any case, their devices ensure continuous surveillance of your home, record HD videos when a suspicious person is detected, sound a 90 decibel siren if necessary, and even have humidity and air quality sensors installed, so that they alert you on time if conditions are abnormal, e.g. they measured excessive levels of carbon monoxide.

If you decide to order their services for a longer period, you can get the device at a considerable discount. The Canary Pro system costs $169, but if you conclude a subscription, you get it for free and pay $8.25 per month if you conclude a one-year contract and $7.42 per month with a two-year contract.

Canary saves the videos in the cloud for 30 days and you can download them to your computer.

In addition to longer video archiving times, this amount also gives you access to unlimited video downloads and saving. If an uninvited guest enters your home, the camera stays focused on them. If you decide it to be necessary, you can also connect with the police right from the Canary app, so that they can come and check what is going on.

Canary can also connect to your home speaker system and you can say hi to your kids when they come home from school, or subtly hint to your dog to keep quiet while you are away.
